The process you need to follow will depend on several factors including whether your offence was Drink Drive or Drug Drive, your BAC level, Prior Drink or Drug Drive offences or if you Refused to provide a sample for testing.
Please have the VicRoads letter that states what program type you are required to complete available at the time of booking.
E.g. If you have committed a previous drink or drug drive offence in the last 10 years, you will need to complete an intensive program.
