We offer a full range of VicRoads-approved behaviour change programs and specialist assessments to support you at every stage of getting your licence reinstated.
Drink Driver Behaviour Change Program
Designed for first-time drink driving offenders with a BAC below 0.150 gm/100mls, the drink driving course runs over two sessions (6 hours total), one week apart.
Drug Driver Behaviour Change Program
For first-time drug driving offenders who have returned a positive test, the drug driving course follows the same accessible two-session format. It's a supportive group program with an experienced facilitator guiding the way.
Intensive Drink and Drug Driver Behaviour Change Program
The intensive drink driving course is required for repeat offenders, first-time drink drivers with a BAC of 0.150 gm/100mls or above, those who refused to provide a sample, and those with other serious alcohol or drug-related driving offences. It runs across three weeks (10 group hours plus a one-hour individual session).
Licence Eligibility Order (LEO) Assessments
If the court has requested a licence eligibility order, you must have completed all requirements before filing an application. Our team can help provide you with the necessary information and steps to successfully gain your order.
Alcohol Interlock Exemption
If your offence was before 2014, you may be eligible to apply for an Interlock Exemption. Please check with VicRoads regarding your eligibility to apply for consideration for the Interlock Exemption. If you are eligible to apply, we can assist with your application.
We also provide Stage 2 Interlock Removal Groups, Court Reports, and specialist referrals for those who need additional alcohol or drug support.
Online Drink & Drug Driving Programs
All participants are required to participate in in-person programs. Online options are only available in Special Circumstances (for example, if you live in a remote area without in-person program availability, or you have a documented medical or accessibility issue preventing you from attending). Requests for online attendance must be approved by VicRoads.

We know that getting to a program without a licence is one of the biggest practical challenges you'll face. That's why we offer programs across multiple locations in Victoria, making it easier to find a session close to home or well-connected by public transport.

What You Need Before You Book
Before booking your program online, please make sure you have your VicRoads relicensing letter on hand. This letter confirms exactly which program or programs you are required to complete, and you'll need it to ensure you book correctly.
If you haven't received your letter yet, contact VicRoads directly and they can email it to you. Or you can call us on 1300 123 723 and we'll help you get the right information before you book.
On the day, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early with your ID and be prepared to attend every session. Participant handbooks are included.
